If you reach a voicemail please leave a message. You may also use the patient portal to send us a message and this is checked daily several times. Please note that email is not a secure way of communicating and so we take no responsibility for the safety of your information if you choose this avenue. It is much better to use the secure patient portal that we set you up with once you are an established patient.
We do not have a designated medication refill line. We highly encourage the use of your pharmacy's app in order to electronically request refills. You may also send requests through your patient portal. You may also call and request that a message be sent to the provider for your refill request. Please be sure to include the medication name and dosage that you are requesting.
